'''Georgios Ath. Souflias''' ([[1941]]) is a member of the Greek political party [[New Democracy]] and since 2003 Greek [[Minister for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works (Greece)|Minister for the Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works]].
Born in 1941 in Agia Triada, [[Farsala]], [[Larisaprefecture]], he graduated in civil engineering and he successfully exercised the profession in Larisa from 1966 to 1974.
From 1974 to 1996 he an elected member of the [[Greek Parliament]]. He did not run in the 2000 elections, but was returned in the 2004 elections as a deputy at large with the party of New Democracy.
