Aristides Moraitinis was a Greek jurist and politician of the 19th century.
Moraitinis was descended from Smyrna, Asia Minor. He was born in 1806 and served as President of the Hellenic Parliament, a member of the Greek Supreme Court and as its President.
A staunch royalist, Moraitinis was twice asked to form a government: in 1863 for three days and in 1868 for one month.
Moraitinis died in 1875.
