Giorgos Tanidis was a Greek football player of the 1970s era.

Tanidis played in defence. He started his career at Aris Ptolemaida and made the big jump to AEK in 1971 . In 1974, he was acquired by Panachaiki.

Tanidis also played for Rodos FC.

He died on July 3, 2016.
