Panos Markovits (alternative spelling Panos Markovic) was a Greek football player who made a name for himself as a coach.
Markovits was born in Drama, eastern Macedonia, Greece, in 1925. He played football for PAOK between the years 1945 and 1951 before starting his career as a coach.
As a coach, Markovits has worked for:

- Apollon Kalamaria (1963)
- Pierikos
- The National Football Team of Greece (1966 - 1967)
- Ethnikos Piraeus
- Apollon Athens
- APOEL Nicosia (1972 - 1975, 1983 - 1985 and 2004)
- Panionios (1979)
Markovits was one of the top instructors in coaching schools since 1976. He was considered one of the best all-around experts of the game of football in Greece. He died on August 17, 2012.
