AEK Argos BC (Greek Αθλητική Ένωση Κωνσταντινουπόλεως Άργους = Athletic Union of Constantinople Argos) is a Greek basketball club based in Argos, Greece.

The club competed in the A2 League for the first time in 2010-2011. They had been promoted as a replacement for Trikala BC whose entry papers were deemed inadequate.

AEK Argos compete in the "Indoor Gymnasium of Argos" (capacity 1,500). Their colours are yellow and black and their emblem is the Byzantine two-headed eagle.
