APS Patrai or, more commonly known as AO Patrai, was a football club based in the city of Patra that is now defunct.

The initials APS stand for Athletic Football Club in Greek. The club was founded from the enforced merger of six local clubs: Thyella, Achilleas, Proodeftiki, APS Olympiakos, Iraklis and Apollon, in 1967. Their colours were green and white and their emblem was a lighthouse.

APS Patrai played in the B Division throughout the 1970s and early 1980s. Twice, in 1973 and 1986, they made it to the final game of the Amateurs Cup. In 2002 they played in the D Division but were relegated due to a forfeit. The following year they merged with Ethnikos Patra and ceased to exist.
