Agios Vasilios is a section of Piraeus, Greece, surrounding the church of Saint Basil at the intersection of Papanikoli and Botasi streets. It is near the Cancer Hospital and not far from the coast and Pasalimani.

Agios Vasilios is a rather affluent area, home to many officers of the Greek merchant marine and many professionals and civil servants.
