Anastasia "Tasoula" Kelesidou is a top Greek woman athlete who competes in the discus.
Kelesidou was born on November 28, 1972, in Thessaloniki. She is an athlete of Iraklis and trains under Kostas Spanidis. In 1994, she became the first Greek athlete to break the 60m barrier.
Among her many distinctions, Kelesidou has won:
- first place in the 1997 Mediterranean Games,
- second place in the 1999 World Championships in Seville,
- second place in the Sydney Olympiad,
- third place in the 2002 European Championships in Munich (won by Katerina Vongoli),
- second place in 2003 World Championships in Paris,
- second place in the Athens Olympiad.
Kelesidou's personal best throw is 67.70m which was achieved in 1999.
