Athanasios Eftaxias was a Greek politician and - briefly - Prime Minister of Greece.

Eftaxias was born in Amfiklia, Phthiotis prefecture, in 1849, the son of a priest. He was elected several times to the Hellenic Parliament and served briefly in 1926 as Prime Minister in the dictatorial regime of General Theodoros Pangalos.

He died on February 5, 1931.
