Dimos Kavouras is a former Greek football forward of the 1980s era.

Kavouras was born in Chios. He played for local club Kanaris before making the big jump to Panathinaikos.

As a player of Panathinaikos, Kavouras scored 7 top-league goals and won two league titles: in 1984 and 1986. In 1987, he transferred to Levadiakos where he got more playing time and scored 24 goals in two seasons. Afterwards, he played for OFI (1989 - 1991) and Apollon Athens (1991 - 1993).

After his playing days were over, Kavouras became a coach.
