Dionysis Chiotis is a Greek football goalkeeper.

Chiotis was born on June 4, 1977 in Athens. He joined AEK in 1994 as an understudy to Elias Atmatzidis. Between 1998 and 2000, he spent time on loan to Piraeus clubs Ethnikos and Proodeftiki, returning as a first-string player in 2001. He was displaced by Italian keeper Stefano Sorrentino and, on May 22, 2007, was released by AEK.

Chiotis joined Kerkyra FC for one year and, as of the 2008-09 season, plays for APOEL Nicosia.
