Eleni Vlachos (Greek Ελένη Βλάχου - Eleni Vlachou the feminine form), (1911 - 1995), was a Greek newspaper woman, the editor and, after the death of her father, Georgios Vlachos, in August 1951, publisher of Greek dailies "Kathimerini" and "Mesimvrini" and a magazine - "Eikones".

Eleni Vlachou was born in Athens on December 18, 1911. was noted for her opposition to the Junta that ruled Greece between 1967 and 1974. Rather than continue publishing her newspapers under state censorship, Vlachou shut down operations and moved to London, England. She returned to Greece after the fall of the dictatorship in 1974 and was elected, that year, to the Greek Parliament under the banner of New Democracy, the party of Prime Minister Constantine Karamanlis.

Eleni Vlachou died on October 14, 1995.
