Elias Sapanis, born December 29, 1973, is a Greek football player.
Sapanis originally played for Doxa Pentalofo. He also played for Alexandria before moving on to Naoussa FC. Afterwards, he played in the Greek Football A Division for:
- Olympiakos: 1995 - 1996
- Iraklis Thessaloniki: 1997 - 2000
- PAS Giannina: 2000 - 2001
