Emmanouil "Manolis" Pappas was a Greek football midfielder of the 1970s era.

Pappas came from Piraeus where he played for local club Argonaftis. He transferred to Panachaiki in 1969 and played for the Patra club between the years 1969 and 1976. He then moved on to Ethnikos Piraeus where he ended his career three years later.
