Fournoi also known as Korsees, is a Greek island in the eastern Aegean, between Samos and Ikaria. For administrative purposes, it belongs to Samos prefecture.

Fournoi (which is plural) is part of a group of three islands, the others being Thymaina and Agios Minas. It is situated 4 nautical miles SW of Samos, 6 n.m. SE of Ikaria and 9 n.m. N of Patmos.

Much of the island's population (roughly one-third) earns its living from fishing while others cater to tourists who visit for its tranquility.

The lone town and municipality of Fournoi is Fournoi Korseon. Small communities include Kambi and Chrysomilia.
