Galini (Greek: Γαληνή) is a town in Lefkosia province, Cyprus currently occupied by Turkish troops.

Galini is situated 55km west of the city of Lefkosia (Nicosia) and 22km west of Morphou. It is built at an altitude of 250m.

In 1960 the town had a population of 1,295 persons, all of them Greeks. All of the Greek inhabitants have fled the town after the Turkish invasion of 1974. There are three churches in Galini: St John the Theologian, St Eleftherios and St Nicholas.

Galini was the home town of EOKA fighter Charilaos Michail.
