Georgios Baltatzis was a 20th Century Greek politician.

Baltatzis was born in 1868. He served in several conservative Laiko Party governments:

After the Asia Minor disaster of 1922, Baltatzis was put on trial by the revolutionary government and executed on November 28, 1922 at Goudi, Athens, along with Dimitrios Gounaris, Nikolaos Stratos, Petros Protopapadakis, Nikolaos Theotokis and General Georgios Hadjianestis.

On October 20, 2010, the Supreme Court acquitted all six and cleared their name of all charges.
