Georgios Zoitakis (1910 - 1996) was a Greek General.

Colonel George Papadopoulos launched a bloodless military coup in Greece on April 21, 1967. The Colonels did not enjoy total support within the army, however, and on December 13, 1967 King Constantine II of Greece launched a countercoup. After this failed King Constantine II went into exile. General Georgios Zoitakis acted as Regent for the absent King. June 1, 1972 Greece became a republic with Colonel George Papadopoulos as president.

After Greece's return to democracy in 1974, Zoitakis was condemned by a court of justice.
