Giorgos Gasparis was a Greek football fullback of the 1930s.

Gasparis was born in Smyrna, Asia Minor, in 1913. He first played for Ethnikos Kaisariani in 1927 and later for Apollon Athens. He came to AEK in 1937 and played for AEK's defence alongside Giorgos Papadopoulos forming one of the most talented defensive partnerships of the pre-World War II era. Gasparis continued his career after the war and played his last game in 1950.

He was capped 5 times by the National Football Team of Greece.

After his playing days were over, Gasparis coached several clubs and was assistant coach of the National Football Team of Greece in 1973 under Ulsterman Billy Bingham.
