Changes

Koulakiotis was born on [[May 5]], [[1977]] in [[Veria]], [[Imathia prefecture]]. He played started playing for [[Veria FC]] before joining in [[PAOK FC|PAOK1994]] in . In [[1998]], he joined [[PAOK FC|PAOK]]. He transferred to [[Kallithea FC|Kallithea]] after the [[2002]] seasonand played there until [[2006]]. Following that, Koulakiotis played single seasons for [[Panthrakikos FC|Panthrakikos]] and [[Agrotikos Asteras FC|Agrotikos Asteras]] before moving, in [[2008]], to [[Makedonikos FC|Makedonikos]].
