Giorgos Marsellos was a Greek athlete mainly in the 110m hurdles who also competed in the high jump and decathlon.

Marsellos was born on October 12, 1936 in Athens. He was an athlete of Panionios.

Marsellos held the Greek record for the 110m hurdles, which he broke 4 times, the last time achieved on July 25, 1964 in Cairo: 14.1. He also held the Greek record in the high jump, which he broke 3 times, the last time achieved on July 22, 1960 in Athens: 1.97m. In addition, he also broke the record for the decathlon in 1959 with 5,908 points.

Among his accomplishments was a gold medal in the Mediterranean Championships of 1959 and gold medals in the Balkan Games of 1962 and 1964.

Marsellos served as President of SEGAS (1975 - 1982) and was on the board of the European Athletics Federation.
