Giorgos Theodotou is a retired Cypriot football defender.

Theodotou was born on January 1, 1974 in Ammochostos (Famagusta), Cyprus. He started his football career at EPA Larnaca which, in 1994, merged with Pezoporikos to form AEK Larnaca.

In 2000, Theodotou transferred to Omonia Lefkosia where he became a regular over the next eight years. With Omonia, he won the league title twice (2001, 2003) and the Cup once in 2005.

In 2008, Theodotou had a homecoming of sorts as he joined Anorthosis - the refugee club of his native Famagusta. The 2008-2009 season was his last.

Theodotou was capped 70 times by the Cyprus national football team.
