Ilisiakos BC (Greek Ηλυσιακός) is a Greek basketball club based in Athens, Greece.

Ilisiakos BC was founded in 1968. The parent club was founded in 1927.

Ilisiakos have competed in the A1 League the following seasons:

• 1986-1987 - 9th place
• 1987-1988 - 10th place (relegated)
• 2003-2004 - 14th place (relegated)
• 2009-2010 - 12th place
