Iraklis Vomvas was a football player of the 1960s era.

Vomvas was originally a wrestler. He later became a football goalkeeper and played for Panaigialios in their Alpha Ethniki years. He transferred to Panathinaikos, playing in five matches in 1963-1964. One of those was against AEK where he conceeded four goals (5-4).
