Kinaros is a small island, in the southern Aegean Dodecanese complex. It is located west of Kalymnos and Leros and east of Amorgos of the Cyclades complex, making it the second westernmost island of the Dodecanese after Astypalea.

Its area is 4.5 square km and highest point is 296m above sea level. It has two permanent residents.
