Kleisoura (Greek Κλεισούρα) is a town and municipality in Kastoria prefecture, Macedonia, Greece.

Kleisoura is situated east of the city of Kastoria, near the border of Florina prefecture. The population of the town (and municipality), according to the 2001 census was 576 inhabitants.

On April 5, 1944, German occupation forces executed 270 Greeks in Kleisoura, in retaliation for the killing of two German soldiers in the area.
