Kostas Kasnaferis is a Greek football right-side defender.

Kasnaferis was born on June 22, 1987, in Arta, Epirus, Greece. He began his professional football for Anagennisis Arta in 2004.

In 2006, he transferred to PAS Giannina where he played until the end of the 2010 season, part of that time on loan to Pyrsos Grevena.

After the 2010 season, he was acquired by Aris Thessaloniki.
