Kostas Viopoulos is a Greek former football goalkeeper in the 1960s.
Viopoulos is of Pontian descent. He played his entire Alpha Ethniki career at Apollon Kalamaria. Unlike his predecessors Paraschos Avgitidis and Takis Xarchakos, he never got an offer from a better club.
Viopoulos has served as president of the club of veteran players of Apollon.
