Lefteris Triantafyllou was a Greek football forward of the early postwar era.

Triantafyllou was born on December 15, 1923, in Tabouria, Piraeus. He signed with Olympiakos in 1938, as a 15 year old and played for them in 24 competitive matches between 1946 and 1951, scoring 8 goals. Afterwards, he signed for AE Nikaia - the ancestors of Ionikos - and continued playing until 1955.

Triantafyllou subsequently immigrated to South Africa where he played and coached various clubs and later to Australia where he passed away on November 12, 2017.
