Loukas Louka was a Cypriot politican, who served as Minister for Justice of Cyprus.

Louka was born in Marathovounos, Ammochostos province on December 28, 1955. He was serving in the military at the time of the Turkish invasion of Cyprus and was wounded in a battle near Kerynia. Afterwards, he studied Law at the University of Athens, graduating in 1979.

He was elected to the House of Representatives of Cyprus on May 21, 2006 under the banner of AKEL.

Louka was appointed Minister for Justice, by President Dimitris Christofias, on December 12, 2008.

He died on April 9, 2015 from complications of heart surgery.

He left behind a wife and two children.
