Lysi is a village in Ammochostos province, Cyprus, currently under Turkish occupation. It is situated 24 km. west of the city of Ammochostos (Famagusta).

Lysi is the birthplace of the legendary Grigoris Afxentiou, second in command of EOKA who was killed in the 1950s struggle.

In 1973, its population was 4,537 inhabitants - all of them Greeks.

Lysi was the first town or city in Cyprus to have a grass-covered football pitch, the home of ASI Lysi FC.
