Manolis Skoufalis is a Greek football attacking midfielder.
Skoufalis was born on August 21, 1978. He started his career in the amateur team of AEK and has played for:
- Doxa Vyronas (1998 - 2000)
- Kozani FC (2000 - 2002)
- Athinaikos (2002 - 2003)
- Akratitos (2003 - 2006)
- Kerkyra FC (2006 - 2007)
- Panionios - (2008 - 2010)
- PAS Giannina (2011 - present)
Skoufalis scored the "goal of the day" on the last matchday of the 2007 season against Panathinaikos. In June of that year, he signed to play for Panionios.
