Maria "Maroula" Lambrou-Teloni is a former Greek-Cypriot athlete who competed in the long jump.

Lambrou was born on February 23, 1953 in Lemesos, Cyprus. She competed for Gymnastic Club Olympia of Lemesos.

Lambrou became the first Greek woman to break the 6 metre barrier on September 24, 1972 with a jump of 6.00m in Athens. In so doing, she broke the Greek long jump record of 5.88m, by Charoula Sasagianni, which had stood since 1966. She broke it again on:

Her last record stood until 1994 when Niki Xanthou broke it with 6.67m.

Lambrou competed in the Olympic Games of 1976 and 1980 representing Greece and in the Olympic Games of 1988 representing Cyprus.
