Michalis Vlachos was a Greek football defender of the 1980s - early 2000s era.

Vlachos was born on September 20, 1967. He played for Apollon Athens (1985-1991), later joining Olympiakos for two years. In 1993, he transferred to AEK winning the league title in his first year. He played two years in England with Portsmouth (1998-1999) and Walsall (2000) before returning to Greece and Ionikos. He closed out his career at Apollon Athens - his original club.

Vlachos was capped 10 times during his career by the National Football Team of Greece.
