Nea Zichni (Greek: Νέα Ζίχνη) is a town and a municipality in Serres prefecture, Macedonia, Greece. It is situated 27km (17mi) from the city of Serres.

The population of the town, in 2001, was 2421 inhabitants while that of the entire municipality 10,952.

In ancient times Nea Zichni was called "Ichna". It was conquered by the Macedonians in the 5th century BC and absorbed into their kingdom.

The town was liberated, along with the surrounding territory, in 1913 as a result of the Second Balkan War. Its older name was Ziliachova.
