Nikolaos Dimitratos was a Greek communist, the second chairman of the Socialist Workers Party of Greece (SEKE) which became the Communist Party of Greece (KKE) in 1922.

Dimitratos was born in Kefalonia in 1894. He was a lawyer by profession. He replaced Aristos Arvanitis in 1919 after the latter was ousted as an "opportunist" because he was opposed to placing the SEKE under the ideological and organisational aegis of the Communist International (Comintern).

In 1922, Dimitratos himself was also ousted as an opportunist for insubordination to the Comintern.

He died in 1944.
