Nikoletta Kyriakopoulou is a Greek woman pole vault athlete.

Kyriakopoulou was born on March 21, 1986 in Athens. She is currently an athlete of EA Rethymniakos.

She has won the gold medal in the Mediterranean Games of Pescara, with 4.50m on June 30, 2009.

Kyriakopoulou owns the current Greek women's record in the pole vault with 4.71m. She achieved that on August 5, 2011, in the Diamond League in London.
