Nikos Patsiavouras holds the Greek Cup in 1986

Nikos Patsiavouras is a Greek former football defender of the 1980s - 1990s era.

Patsiavouras was born in 1958. He started playing for AE Larisa, winning the Cup in 1985. In 1986, he transferred to Panathinaikos where he played until 1988. He ended his Alpha Ethniki career with Aris Thessaloniki in 1990.

During his career he was capped once by the National Football Team of Greece.
