Panagiotis Stroumbakos was a Greek athlete in the 800m and the 1500m.

Stroumbakos was born on September 8, 1972 in Athens. He belonged to Panathinaikos.

Stroumbakos holds the Greek record for the 800m with a 1:45.00 time, achieved in Zurich on August 13, 1997. He also holds the Greek record for the 1500m with a 3:36.74 time, achieved in on August 24, 1997.

Among his accomplishments are 4 gold medals in the Balkan Games between 1996 and 2001.
