Paniliakos (also uncommonly Panileiakos) was founded in 1957 from the union of four teams from the city of Pyrgos, Elia prefecture: (Ethnikos, Iraklis, A.E.K., Apollon). It was a vision of three people: Lampaounas, Galanopoulos and Liatsis.

Paniliakos have participated in the Greek Football A Division during the years: 1996 - 2001.

Colours: Red and white stripes (similar to Olympiakos).

Paniliakos was the team of Predrag Djorjevic before moving to Olympiakos, Stelios Gianakopoulos player of Bolton Wonderers and Vasilis Lakis player of AEK FC.
