Pentagioi is a town in the municipality of Vardousia, Phocis prefecture, Central Greece.

Its usual population in 2001 was 128 inhabitants.

Pentagioi is famous as the home town of Maria Pentagiotissa (Daskalopoulou), a 19th century woman bandit renowned for her beauty.
