Philadelphus of Byzantium

Philadelphus (Greek Φιλάδελφος) was Bishop of Byzantium from 211 until 217 AD.

He succeded Mark I or possibly one of his subordinates, acting on his behalf, during the anti-Christian persecution of emperor Septimus Severus.
