Procopius IΙ was a Greek clergyman who served as Archbishop of Athens and all Greece between 1896 and 1901.

Procopius IΙ was born Procopius Oikonomidis, in 1837, in Domena near Kalavryta, Achaea. He studied Philosophy and Theology at the University of Athens, furthering his studies in Moscow, Geneva and Heidelberg.

Afterwards, Procopius taught at the Theological School of the University of Athens. In 1884, he was appointed Secretary General of the Holy Synod of the Church of Greece, a post he held until October 11, 1896, when he was elected Archbishop of Athens and all Greece.

He resigned in November 1901 in the wake of the Evangelical events and withdrew to the Monastery of Faneromeni in Salamina.

Procopius II died in Athens on July 4, 1902.
