Sakis Kouvas

Sakis Kouvas was a Greek football player, a prolific goalscorer in the 1960s.

Kouvas was born in 1946. He played for Vyzas Megara - then in the Beta Ethniki - and was instrumental in their promotion to the Alpha Ethniki, in 1966, scoring 26 goals in that season. He played for Panathinaikos during the 1972 season, returning to Vyzas the following year. He ended his career with 73 top league goals (65 for Vyzas, 8 for PAO).

Kouvas was capped once in his career by the National Football Team of Greece.
