Spyros Pomonis was a Greek football player of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Pomonis was born on February 12, 1944, in Nea Philadelphia. His family hailed from Zakynthos.

He was a left-side winger for AEK from 1963 until 1973, also playing for Ethnikos Piraeus in the 1974 season. Pomonis was capped by the National Football Team of Greece 5 times in his career, scoring 1 goal against Italy, in a 2-1 Greek victory.

Pomonis died on July 28, 2020.
