Stavros Daifas (Σταύρος Νταϊφάς) was a Greek shipowner and football official who served as chairman of Olympiakos.

Daifas was born in Kalamata in 1927. He took over Olympiakos in 1979 when football first turned professional in Greece. Over all, he was chairman of the club from 1979 until 1985, 1986 until December 1987 and 1992 - 1993.

During his three terms as chairman, Olympiakos won the Greek league five times and the Greek Football Cup once (in 1981).

He died in Palaio Faliro on March 24, 2014.
