Stelios Tourkomenis was a Greek football goalkeeper of the 1960s - 1970s era.

Tourkomenis was born in Piraeus in 1946. He played for Ethnikos Piraeus between the years 1966 and 1975, accumulating a total of 80 Alpha Ethniki appearances.

Tourkomenis was the goalkeeper of the National Armed Forces Team of Greece which won the CISM Cup in 1968.

He died of a stroke on March 22, 2010.
