Takis Nikoloudis was a Greek football midfield player whose top-league career spanned three decades.

Nikoloudis was born in 1951. He started playing in 1969 with Iraklis. In 1977, he joined AEK and was part of their great 1978 and 1979 teams. He left AEK in 1980 for Olympiakos playing for the Piraeus club until 1985 when he joined and closed out his career at Apollon Kalamaria.

He was capped 22 times and scored 4 goals. He was part of Greece's largest post-WW II football victory (8-1 against Finland for the Euro 1980 qualifying round on October 11, 1978).

Thanks to a goal from Nikoloudis, Greece qualified for the first time for a European Championship (Euro 1980) as they overcome the USSR 1-0 at Leoforos (September 12, 1979).
