Theodoros Pangalos (Greek Θεόδωρος Πάγκαλος), born on August 17, 1938, in Eleusina, Greece, is a Greek politician.

He is the grandson of general Theodoros Pangalos and currently a member of the Greek parliament and a former minister of Foreign Affairs.

Pangalos graduated from the University of Athens with degrees in Law and Economics. He has done post-graduate studies at the Sorbonne in Paris, France. Pangalos was actively involved against the military dictatorship, and in 1968, the junta deprived him of his Greek citizenship.

In 1981 he was elected for the first time MP with PASOK and has been re-elected ever since. Besides having served as minister of Foreign Affairs (1996 - 1999), Pangalos has also served as Minister for Culture from April until November of 2000.
