Yiannis Bourousis (also spelled Ioannis Bouroussis or Boroussis) is a Greek basketball player, who plays as a center.

Bourousis was born in Karditsa, Thessaly, on November 17, 1983. He started playing basketball for local club GS Karditsa before transferring to AEK in 2002. In 2006, he left AEK for Barcelona but later that same year was picked up by Olympiakos on a four-year contract. After five years at the Reds Bourousis played two years for Milano (Italy), two years for Real Madrid (Spain) and one year for Baskonia (Spain) before returning to Greece and more specific Panathinaikos. After one year in the capital Bourousis went to China in 2017 to play for Zhejiang Lions. In 2019 he returned to Europa to play for Gran Canaria.
